Kristen Martinez has been one of the Coachella Valley’s premier mortgage brokers for over fifteen years. Kristen’s first love is her family. She and her husband have six children and they are passionate about creating treasured family memories whether traveling, enjoying time at Lake Arrowhead, playing a competitive game, or simply hanging out with popcorn and a movie.

Carlos Martinez
Chief Executive Officer
Carlos Martinez is the full-time branch manager and mortgage adviser for Vanmar Lending and enjoys helping people! He graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Finance and now lives in the Coachella Valley with his wife Kristen and their 6 fun-loving children. He enjoys weekend barbecues while creating memories with his family.
Carlos enjoys the challenges of structuring a tough file to give his clients the best financing options to make their dreams a reality. He also believes in open, direct communication to proactively prepare his clients for success. This belief is the foundation of Vanmar Lending.
Although lending may be stressful and involves a lot of mutual trust and strong communication, Carlos believes financing a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person can make and would be honored to be a lifelong resource for financing.
Yadira Jester
Office & Loan Partner Manager
Yadira Jester is Vanmar Lending’s Processing Manager. She got her start in the mortgage industry in 2006 and now has nearly 20 years of experience in several different positions in the lending business. Her areas of expertise include Federal Housing Administration (FHA), VA (Veterans Administration), USDA, and Conventional financing. Her extensive knowledge of the home buying process benefits her clients by always providing for a smooth transaction. Additionally, Yadira possesses a “can do” (positive) attitude and is able to structure a loan to get it to the closing table as quickly and efficiently as possible. Her knowledge and personable character help keep her clients at ease during the home buying process.
Yadira is a perfectionist in both her personal and business life and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She is also an expert in out-of-the-box solutions in the ever-changing financial industry.
She has lived in the Coachella Valley all her life and loves the Desert Life. Yadira is married and has two children which keep her on her toes.

Bridgett Domingo

Originally from Orange County, Bridgett Domingo has resided in the Coachella Valley for nearly two decades. Bridgett has worked in property management almost exclusively her entire career; including commercial, residential and vacation rentals.
Since joining the Vanmar team, Bridgett has worn a coat of many colors; she prides herself on her versatility, resourcefulness and her can do attitude- all which help to make her hybrid role fun and efficient. Bridgett appreciates the challenge of balancing a healthy home life and a fast-paced work life, always striving towards what is next while remaining rooted in her values.
Bridgett is a die-hard Raider football fan and enjoys spending her free time with her three daughters. She loves going to concerts, sporting events, and traveling but her ideal day is relaxing poolside with lots of sun and fun!

Heidy Tallon

Heidy Tallon is a Jr Loan Partner at Vanmar lending. She got her start in the mortgage business in 2015. As most team members, she started as a receptionist and climbed her way through different roles within the company. She has excelled because of her excellent customer service and the value she brings to all business relationships.
There are several things which inspire her in life but is most inspired by her daughter and son. Family values are of the utmost importance to Heidy and are one of the reasons why she finds helping families into their new home so gratifying.

Nathan Beck

Born in Oxnard , California , Nathan Beck was adopted when he was just a few weeks old. He was raised in the Coachella Valley, and besides a small stint in the Inland Empire, has spent nearly his entire life in the Coachella Valley, with many deep ties to this beautiful desert. He met his beautiful wife/best friend in the summer of 2010. They have been married since November of 2012, with two wonderful boys. They are a sports-driven family and love to watch their two sons chase their dreams. Nathan loves his family time in the desert and at the lake, with their toys and home on wheels - making memories that last a lifetime. Nathan been a sales leader for 20+ years for some of the largest companies in the United States. Another great passion of Nathan's is exercising and challenging his body and mind daily. One of his major attributes is going the extra mile for his clients; ensuring exceptional service, as well as being available when need be. He believes it’s important to always learn and be willing to grow, not only in your personal life, but also in your career.

Denise Goodman has been a leader in the mortgage industry for over 35 years. She has been instrumental in assisting more than 11,300 home buyers to obtain their first homes with her expertise in FHA, VA, and Conventional first-time home buyer programs. She is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable government originators in California, working with REDC Real Estate Auctions, Coachella Valley Housing Coalition and many of the top Builders and Agents. Specialties include everything from FHA and VA loans to jumbo loans and conventional loans.

Ronji strongly believes in going above and beyond for his clients, which is reflected in his daily practices. He thrives in customer service settings and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life.
In his free time, Ronji is an avid sports enthusiast. Although he has been a devoted Cowboys fan since childhood, his love for sports extends beyond the football field. His diverse interests encompass a wide range of athletic pursuits, making him a well-rounded individual.

Maddox Epperson

Maddox Epperson is one of Vanmar Lending’s Mortgage Loan Originators. He started as an intern and after making a striking impact, he was hired on as a permanent employee. Maddox is a “go getter” and is able to support quick closings while maintain the personalized service Vanmar Lending is known for.
Maddox’s ability to hone in and provide exceptional attention to detail has served him well in his personal and professional settings. He is a Texas Football State Champion, obtained his NMLS after his freshman year in college, and will graduate after only three years as an Honor Student at Texas Christian University’s Neely School of Business. Maddox attacks each loan with individual attention and fervor as if preparing for an opponent on the gridiron. His drive to succeed is evident in all he does, including providing the best options for each individual.
