Carlos Martinez is the full-time branch manager and mortgage adviser for Vanmar Lending and enjoys helping people! He graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Finance and now lives in the Coachella Valley with his wife Kristen and their 6 fun-loving children. He enjoys weekend barbecues while creating memories with his family.

Carlos enjoys the challenges of structuring a tough file to give his clients the best financing options to make their dreams a reality. He also believes in open, direct communication to proactively prepare his clients for success. This belief is the foundation of Vanmar Lending.

Although lending may be stressful and involves a lot of mutual trust and strong communication, Carlos believes financing a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person can make and would be honored to be a lifelong resource for financing.​​

Yadira Jester
Office & Loan Partner Manager
Yadira Jester is Vanmar Lending’s Processing Manager. She got her start in the mortgage industry in 2006 and now has nearly 20 years of experience in several different positions in the lending business. Her areas of expertise include Federal Housing Administration (FHA), VA (Veterans Administration), USDA, and Conventional financing. Her extensive knowledge of the home buying process benefits her clients by always providing for a smooth transaction. Additionally, Yadira possesses a “can do” (positive) attitude and is able to structure a loan to get it to the closing table as quickly and efficiently as possible. Her knowledge and personable character help keep her clients at ease during the home buying process.

Yadira is a perfectionist in both her personal and business life and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She is also an expert in out-of-the-box solutions in the ever-changing financial industry.

She has lived in the Coachella Valley all her life and loves the Desert Life. Yadira is married and has two children which keep her on her toes.

Bridgett Domingo
Loan Officer
Originally from Orange County, Bridgett Domingo has resided in the Coachella Valley for nearly two decades. Bridgett has worked in property management almost exclusively her entire career; including commercial, residential and vacation rentals.
Since joining the Vanmar team, Bridgett has worn a coat of many colors; she prides herself on her versatility, resourcefulness and her can do attitude- all which help to make her hybrid role fun and efficient. Bridgett appreciates the challenge of balancing a healthy home life and a fast-paced work life, always striving towards what is next while remaining rooted in her values.
Bridgett is a die-hard Raider football fan and enjoys spending her free time with her three daughters. She loves going to concerts, sporting events, and traveling but her ideal day is relaxing poolside with lots of sun and fun!
